This website is operated by Pinnacle Research Labs LLC, doing business as Pinnacle Peptide Lab, located at 3524 Silverside Road, Suite 35B, Wilmington, DE 19810-4929. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Research Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher or institution legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction. We may request verification and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only, as detailed in our Research Disclaimer. Product descriptions and research summaries are for scientific context and do not constitute claims of safety or efficacy for any use in humans or animals.

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and decline or cancel any order.

Payment is made by Zelle to payments@pinnaclepeplab.com using your order number as the reference. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment is received. An order awaiting payment may be cancelled if payment is not received within a reasonable time.

Because Zelle is a bank-to-bank transfer, payments are final and non-refundable, and are not reversible through a chargeback or any buyer-protection program. Please confirm your order and the payment details before sending payment.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is a flat $14.95 on orders under $200 and free on orders of $200 or more, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Due to the nature of research materials, opened or temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or other resolution.

Pinnacle Research Labs LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the misuse of products or any use outside of controlled laboratory research. Products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting info@pinnaclepeplab.com; any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
